The Photographer’s Journey: How Travel Transforms Who We Are....Where Do YOU Dream of Going on an Adventure?

I’ve spent my life traveling the world, capturing moments that have shaped not only my career as a photographer, but who I am as a human being. Along the way, I’ve come to believe that travel is one of the most powerful forces for personal growth—an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, experience new cultures, and truly see the world through a different lens.
My journey has taken me across continents and into experiences I could have never imagined. I’ve gone on self-guided safaris in South Africa, come face-to-face with grizzly bears in Alaska, and watched the Northern Lights dance across the skies in both Norway and above the Arctic Circle. I’ve ridden gondolas through the canals of Venice, explored the ancient pyramids of Egypt, and walked the vibrant, story-filled streets of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
I spent years living in Asia, immersing myself in entirely different ways of life and language, and have traveled extensively through South America and Europe. In the Amazon, I lived among the Waorani tribe, experiencing a way of life deeply connected to nature—even sharing moments as raw as eating ants from the earth and standing just feet away from an anaconda in the wild.
Closer to home, I’ve explored the vast beauty of the United States—road tripping through small towns, photographing its greatest cities, and visiting as many national parks as possible. From tropical escapes in the Caribbean and Hawaii to remote wilderness and everything in between, my travels have ranged from luxury hotels to sleeping under the stars in the middle of nowhere.
One of my favorite parts of these journeys have been when I’ve been able to share them with other photographers. I’ve taken groups to the far reaches of Cuba, Alaska, Europe, Asia, South America, and all over the United States and recently held workshops and spoke in historic Egypt. And the memories from those adventures are truly life changing.
As an experienced traveler my role is to not only take you on an adventure, but to also navigate the obstacles of travel, keep you safe, and make it a life changing experience for you.
Every step of the journey, whether by plane, train, car, or even hitchhiking, has added to a lifetime of stories, lessons, and unforgettable moments. These experiences have shaped how I see the world, how I tell stories, and how I connect with people. I can’t wait for that next step to be with YOU.
