Groom Portraits by Jason Lanier

Aaron King..the man, the myth, the legend.  This image was taken at my wedding for Aaron and Daryl at the Mosteller Mansion in Hickory NC.  Many times the groom is forgotten and we focus everything on the bride.  Well, it's important to remember that a marriage is between two people, and the bride loves shots of her man as well!  This was of Aaron and I think he looks awful handsome....

Bridals by Jason Lanier at the Mosteller Mansion

This image was taken at the Mosteller Mansion for my wedding for Daryl and Aaron.  Sometimes a tilt is the right way to capture an image, and I felt that was really true for this shot because of the angle of the stairway.  I really loved how it all came together...

Looking at you...at the Mosteller Mansion by Jason Lanier

This is typically the kind of stuff we do for albums where we can put two images together to bring the moment together, but I thought I'd share one here with you all as well!  This is from the wedding for Daryl and Aaron at the Mosteller Mansion in Hickory, NC.  I love to be able to capture these types of moments where you can feel the love the have for each other just through the image.  I took both of these shots...I just have fast legs which enable me to run around when needed!

Southern Carriage Ride for Two at the Mosteller Mansion

This image was taken at my wedding for Aaron and Daryl at the Mosteller Mansion in Hickory, North Carolina.  It was an absolutely beautiful wedding, and when my wedding clients are able to spend the money to hire a carriage or other type of thing to make the wedding special, I always take advantage of it.  Hope you like it!!

Making Art out of Wedding Dress images

This image was taken at my wedding for Aaron and Daryl at the Mosteller Mansion late last month in Hickory, North Carolina.  For this image I shot off camera flash with my Pocket Wizards and Ray Flash as my assistant Bethany positioned herself behind the chandelier to block her from the shot.  This was such a beautiful venue that I just had to find a way to showcase both the wedding dress and the venue at the same time!

Bridals by Jason Lanier at the Mosteller Mansion

This image was taken of my beautiful Bride Daryl who was married to Aaron at the Mosteller Mansion in Hickory, North Carolina late last month.  She was waiting at the top of the stairs for her Dad to come and get her and I grabbed these shots by shooting through the decorative trim on the staircase.  I lighted it by using off camera flash so it gave me the results I wanted.  Hope you like it!
