Bridal Room Getting Ready at Weddings in Disneyland

This image was taken at my Disneyland wedding for Christina and Ransen.  The bridal getting ready area was a converted meeting room, so in order to get a shot like this we turned the lights off, and I borrowed a mirror that the make up artist brought and leaned it up against the wall to get this shot of the bride reaching up for her dress.  

Sometimes it's not about what you're given, it's about what you can create....

Disney is the only place where I've ever been able to shoot with characters as part of the wedding...truly a unique and awesome experience!  This image was taken at my wedding for Christina and Ransen at Disneyland for their wedding in disney and was done while the bride and groom were preparing for the cake cutting.  I just love how you can sense the excitement from these two even though technically you can't see the looks on their faces....well, not the humans at least....:)

Who gets to do a wedding group shot with Mickey and Minnie?  Well, if you get married at Disneyland...you do!  Mickey and Minnie came to the Reception for about 45 minutes and the place just lit up...what an experience!

This is one of my favorite wedding images ever.  I love the look on the bride's face, and that the groom is so happy.  I have shot weddings all over the world, but shooting inside of Disneyland Park was one of the best experiences of my life....

This image was taken at my Disney Fairy Tale Wedding at Disneyland for Christina and Ransen.  Just before she got out of Cinderella's carriage and walked down the aisle, I grabbed this shot of her crossing her fingers...what a neat moment.

As I'm preparing for my new website launch we're going through a slew of images hand picking the best ones that will make it to the gallery sections.  This means I'll be posting some of my favorites that haven't made it before.  This image was taken at my wedding for Christina and Ransen at Disneyland in July 2011.  This is the shot of her taken through her horse drawn carriage of her Dad walking her down the aisle.  This was truly one of the most amazing weddings I've ever done and I'll always be grateful to Christina for allowing me the opportunity to shoot it!
